How we both decide if this fits
The intro call is a two-way check. You describe your situation, say a retiring teacher with a state pension and a 403(b), and we say whether our investment management suits it. Your investable assets matter here, since the client minimum is $500K.
When we can't help, we'll usually say so before the call ends.
What the intro call leaves out
We won't tell you to pick a retirement date, buy a product or move your 403(b) on the spot. Nobody will ask you to sign anything during the call. Choosing between a pension payout option and a lump sum takes your actual paperwork, so that comes later, if you decide to go on.
